Judges Application
The JARS Panel of Judges will review and examine submissions for the various categories
available for rating. Currently JARS focuses the ratings primarily on Java resources.
As a judge you will be required to rate without bias,
discrimination, and influence by others, to the best of your ability the software
submitted for review. These applets must be rated according to the rating schema
set forth by "JARS" and EarthWeb, Inc.. "JARS maintains it's rights to supercede
any and all decisions. The ability to function as a "JARS judge is extended without
warranty and "JARS" and/or EarthWeb, Inc. have the right to chose the judges they
believe perform to their satisfaction on the panel. "JARS" will strive to maintain
judges of the highest qualifications. If you feel you have what it takes
